Customer research prompts that quote the notes
Interview synthesis, jobs-to-be-done maps, and evidence-ranked bets — not a vibe summary of what users “seem to want.”
A model will happily invent users. If you paste fuzzy notes and ask “what should we build,” you get a slide titled Insights. These templates only get to rank bets if they can quote the notes.
Use them after real interviews. Paste transcripts or messy bullets. The output should split jobs, stolen phrases, workarounds, and segments that disagree. Anything without a quote gets flagged, not dressed up.
